Terry Philmore Brumm, 51, of Charles Town, WV passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017 at Winchester Medical Center.

Born July 24, 1965 in Fairfax, Virginia, he was the son of Roger and Gail Brumm.

Terry loved to play and coach baseball. He coached 9 years of Jefferson County Little League and assisted 3 years of coaching at Washington High School. He also loved to ride his Harley.

He is survived by his parents, Roger and Gail Brumm; one son, Jerrett Brumm; two daughters, Casandra Ott and Krissy Burns; one sister, Connie Clarke and husband, Rick; two brothers, Bryan Brumm and wife, Dorie and Bruce Brumm with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family.

Services will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.
